Another Speedway exclusive -- makes hydraulic release bearing set-up as easy as 1-2-3. We all know what a pain it is to set the clearance on a hydraulic release bearing. With this handy little tool you will take the guess work and drudgery out of it.

Simply hold the tool up to the bellhousing and push the rod in until it touches the pressure plate fingers. Then turn the tool around and place it up to the transmission, and you can check your clearance.

Made of heavy steel construction with a black oxide finish, so this tool won't wear out or break. Numbers are laser etched.

BEST MONEY EVER SPENT

Awesome tool wish I would have bought years ago. Throwout bearing side could be wider but all good not matter what.

Well designed and easy to use. Best used when doing set-up while transmission/bell housing is easy to get at i.e. out of the vehicle.

Great tool

I thought it was a little expensive for something so simple - until I used it. I don't have a lift, or even a transmission jack, so having the throwout bearing set right the first time is well worth the money. It works perfectly.

I use my release bearing tool on my circle track car. It makes setting up the airspace between the release bearing and the pressure plate a snap. I like it because it is lightweight and easy to read. If I had to say anything at all about the downfalls, I guess it would be that if you accidentally pull the rod out too far you will loose the little o-ring off and end up searching for an hour before you have to go get a new one...but that was my fault.
