This Hot Rod step plate will stick out from the body approximately 8 1/2" and has a 1 3/4" lip towards the body. It would be up to the installer to mount in a location to clear the side pipes.

These step plates come in a variety logo’s scripts, and names. They are designed to mount on top of the running boards to save on appearance of the running boards or covering. They could be mounted to a customer fabricated bracket set which would attach to the frame or suspension component if so desired. Below are the dimensions for comparison to needs: * Plate is 8.5" x 8" * Hot Rod Script box is 4.5" x 2.25" * Mount holes are 7-5/8" x 6" * Plate has bent 1-3/4" lip at inner edge We also offer a step plate with no logo, name, or script under part number 91109803 for the customer that wants to design or personalize his hot rod.
