What's in the Box

The Hilborn Raw Injectors pick up where the Basic Injector leaves off. This injector will fit standard 23 degree 305 Chevy cast iron heads. Utilizing a curve throat design, the raw injection provides minimal flow disruption, allowing outstanding port speed for maximum cylinder fill. Hilborn injectors come with numerous standard features that prove once again, you get more value from Hilborn Fuel Injection.

This aluminum raw Fuel Injector is designed primarily for oval track and features a 3-piece construction for precision port matching of head and block combination. Unit comes with throttle return springs, breathers, lines, primary and secondary by-pass valves, linkage, 4 pills, and instructions. All units are factory flow-tested.

Note: Does not include nozzles or stacks - they must be ordered separately.

This cylinder block complete rotating assembly is just what you need to get your Small Block 305 Chevy performing at its best.  Designed for use with Sprint and Oval Track racing applications, this kit comes with crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, rings, and all bearings necessary.

Notes:

1) Mahle’s Grafal skirt coating reduces drag, scuffing, friction and cylinder bore wear; reduces piston noise.

2) Phosphate coating provides the grey appearance to the Mahle piston. This dry lubricant coating (not to be confused with a thermal film coating) provides a lubricant film in the pin bores and ring grooves until the oiling system of the engine reaches operating pressure; particularly useful during the initial start-up or break-in of engines to protect against galling and microwelding. The piston crown is still machineable.

3) The location to measure piston-to-wall clearance for each application. This point is calculated from the bottom of the piston skirt and indicates the widest part of the piston and thus where to measure.

The Hilborn direct drive fuel pump has a new billet style rotatable mount. Direct drive and flow-tested. Gives long-lasting, rugged dependability. Convenient quick disconnect. For use with injection or alky carbs. Features hard annodized, aluminum construction. The clamp base model offers you the convenience of a quick disconnect. This pump can be rotated for easy access to fittings.

All pumps rated at 1800rpm with 50psi. Has one -10 AN inlet and two -6 AN outlets.
