These heavy duty jam nuts are made of 7075 aluminum alloy and are clear anodized for corrosion resistance. Fine thread for use with rod ends, heim joints, and clevis.

The first aluminum nut I grabbed (5/8-18 RH) measured .752 hex x .320 height. This would be a perfect product if they gave you alloy information.
