Will this rear sump pan kit fit my 302 Engine Identifation 9X21F107496 Located At The Back Of The Block On Top, I think it's a 1969? Thanks for the help

This small block Ford pan fits the 1983 to 2001 blocks with the dipstick in the block side. There is a provision on the pan for the extrusion on the block for the dipstick. If using on an earlier engine with the dipstick in the front cover you will find no place to put the included dipstick.
Q:
Will this pan work with a 351w swap into a 94-95 mustang? and will it clear the stock k-member with lower motor mounts (i.e. solid motor mounts or convertible motor mounts)

From specifications the K member should not be a problem but the different motor mounts possibly may be a concern. Below is some info we have available.
351W/5.8L oil pan kit.
Includes rear sump oil pan, dipstick, dipstick tube, pickup,
and main cap stud. Ideal for engine swaps.
Fits 1979-1995 Mustangs and Fox chassis vehicles.
Fits 1969-1997 production blocks and M-6010-A351/A58 blocks.
Same pan as used on 351 crate engines. Fasteners not included.
For specifics on the motor mounts used you may want to visit with Ford Motorsport and reference their part number of M-6675-A58
