Vintage style street rods are hotter than ever, and nothing gives your fenderless rod an authentic dry lakes competition look like a set of lakester headers. These lake style header kits allow you to build your own headers and tailor them to your vehicle. All tubing comes pre-bent. Tapered cones can be trimmed as needed. Lakester header kit includes parts to complete both sides.

    A Speedway Motors exclusive! The center exhaust ports on flatheads are siamesed. Our baffles separate these two exhaust ports and prevent reversion while decreasing the dilution of the intake charge. These are a must for high-performance flatheads. The baffle is held in place with an extended stud that replaces the stock cylinder head stud. 
    • Manufactured from bronze to withstand high exhaust temperatures 
    • Includes center adapter stud to pinch the baffle in place 
    • Fitting required 
    • Use on 1936-1953 24-stud engines only

The headers have flanges so you can connect them to a muffled under-car  exhaust when the end plates are on.
