The fender welting is paintable but needs to be prepped per your paint suppliers recommendations for a vinyl product. We would suggest limiting the film build up as it is flexible and until installed could possibly crack the paint. Again, use the recommended procedures per your paint supplier.

This fender welting or beading is made of a crush grain vinyl and when properly prepped can be painted with the appropriate finish. We suggest consulting with the paint manufacturer of choice for their suggestions and procedures for a durable and flexible finish.
