                                                        This Hilborn-style scoop is just the finishing touch for that blown or tunnel ram engine. This air cleaner scoop is designed to be used with two 4 barrel dual quad carbs with a 5-1/8" neck, but it can be used on single 4 barrel applications if the scoop will be above the distributor and is centered over the carb. 

Approximate measurements are 20" long, 9-1/2" wide and 6" tall. Includes air filters, mounting plates and hardware.

                                                        The air coming into the air cleaner is pulled from each direction and tends to crash into itself when it meets above the carb, which causes turbulence. This insert slides over the air cleaner stud and directs the air down into the carb, eliminating that turbulence. For Holley and Demon 4 bbl carbs without a choke horn. Easy 5 minute installation!

We use our Platinum Series  air filter with A-356 aircraft grade castings for a show quality  product. Hardware furnished includes a polished stainless socket drive  top screw. Diameter 6-3/4" - Height 4-1/8". Fits carbs with the typical  5" base.
