These X-Series rod ends feature heat-treated, precision-ground, chrome-plated balls riding in self-lubricating, self-sealing Teflon/Kevlar compound. These are enclosed in chromoly housings that are heat treated and protective coated for corrosion resistance, and have increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength.
