My question is I have a T5 out of a late 80's mustang and I have mounted it to a chevy bellhousing. is this the only thing I am going to need to run the ford T5?

Speedway part number 91025803. This is going to work for adapting a Ford or Lenco input shaft to the back of a Chevrolet crank shaft. It has the correct 1.706" O.D. and the .669" I.D. The bearing is .500" thick. I do not know what else will need to be done to adapt your Ford T5 to the Chev. engine. Generally a Ford T5 is not a direct swap for a Chev. T5. Make sure the measure the input shaft depth so there is no binding. I'm sorry to say other than that I can't offer any additional advice.
