Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities: Join our winning Quality Assurance Team. This FT position monitors and evaluates calls, compiles data, and provides feedback to Call Center Representatives regarding call quality. As a call coach, this position ensures the highest level of customer service is provided by our call center staff at all times. Previous call center experience in a QA position is preferred. Must have 2 years of full-time employment experience print media graphic design and pre-press and be skilled at website design and development Proficinecy using Macintosh based Quark X-press, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, all MS Office Products (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), Macromedia and Adobe Acrobat Distiller is required. Any Flash experience is a plus. Must have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
