Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Department: Call Center
Responsibilities: Join our winning Quality Assurance Team. This FT position monitors and evaluates calls, compiles data, and provides feedback to Call Center Representatives regarding call quality. As a call coach, this position ensures the highest level of customer service is provided by our call center staff at all times. Previous call center experience in a QA position is preferred. A high level of initiative, solid people skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail, and excellent computer skills are REQUIRED. Must have 2 years of full-time employment experience print media graphic design and pre-press and be skilled at website design and development Proficinecy using Macintosh based Quark X-press, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, all MS Office Products (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), Macromedia and Adobe Acrobat Distiller is required. Any Flash experience is a plus. Must have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities: Program and operate HAAS VF 4 mill and Hitachi Seiki lathe to produce quality components to supply our international customer base of racers and hot rod enthusiasts.  Experience with Solid Works, CAM Works and Predator programming preferred.  Additional duties include:  Building fixtures, scheduling, cutting and drilling as well as moderate lifting, housekeeping and handling of waste materials.  Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Wage dependant on experience.

Responsibilities: Do you like to work hard?  Do you have excellent attention to detail?  This position will wax molds, grind and sand and will eventually learn to shoot fiberglass.  Previous experience is a plus, but can be replaced with an excellent work history and desire to learn.   Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5:00 pm.
