This item measures 11” across and is 4-1/2” tall.

what year was this topper first made??

I couldn’t say for sure when it was first made, but I would imagine that it was 1938. They probably used this as a way to promote the 1939 World’s Fair, or as a souvenir that could be purchased at the fair.
