These B&M Street/Strip Turbo 350 automatic transmission and converter combinations are designed to be used in street rods and muscle cars. The included Tork Master 2400 converter has a higher stall speed (2300-2500 RPM) which allows you to run a little more cam without having the car pulling on the brakes all the time. This TH350 transmission is ideal for use behind small block Chevy engines with 230 ft. lbs. of torque at 2500 RPM. It has a 2:52 first, 1:52 second and 1:1 high gears. Uses the short 6" tail shaft and has an adjustable modulator and B&M internals. Ships by truck.

This 383 Chevy "Stroker" motor is a Speedway Exclusive! Machined and assembled at BluePrint Engines, each engine is dyno tested (includes individual dyno sheet) and comes with a 30 month/50,000 mile warranty. Each crate engine is built to crank out 430 hp @ 5200 rpm and 450 ft.-lbs. @ 4300 rpm.

The  high-lift camshaft gives the engine its own unique, aggressive idle. The  cam is based on the same one found in 1965-67 Corvette 327 engines, but  it has even more lift and duration.  Complete from top to bottom, the 350 HO comes pre-assembled with the  intake manifold, carburetor, water pump, and distributor. With the  Turn-Key trim level, you also get everything you need for a complete,  running engine right out of the crate. We ship it with an accessory  drive package, fuel pump, starter, and spark plug wires included in the  package (not installed). This is the crate engine for you. It is loaded with a 4-bolt main 1-piece rear main seal block, nodular cast iron crankshaft, powdered metal connecting rods, and dished cast aluminum pistons. Installed camshafts are hydraulic flat tappet with .435 in. intake lift and .460 in exhaust lift with 212 degree open duration intake and 222 degree open duration exhaust lobes at .050 in. ground with a 112.5 lobe centerline. Standard Morse link timing chains are installed. Cylinder heads are Vortec cast iron style with 64cc chambers; 170cc intake runners with 1.94 in. intake valves and 1.50 in. exhaust valves. Stamped steel self-aligning rocker arms are used for reliability.

The manifold is a high-flow aluminum intake, along with the gaskets and installation hardware. The chrome dress-up parts add a bright, finishing touch to the 350/290 HP. 
Note:  GMPP utilized a Holley 670-cfm carburetor (not included and must be purchased separately, please see suggested carbs below for consideration) to achieve the rated power levels of 290 horsepower at 5,250 rpm and 332 lb.-ft. of torque at 3,750 rpm.   
It features four-bolt mains for strength and it’s filled with premium parts, including a smooth hydraulic camshaft and durable aluminum pistons that deliver an 8.5:1 compression ratio—making it a great, time-saving alternative to rebuilding a tired, two-bolt-main core engine.
