Vintage style street rods are hotter than ever, and nothing gives your fenderless rod an authentic dry lakes competition look like Lake Style Headers. These kits allow you to build your own headers and tailor them to your vehicle. All tubing comes pre-bent. Tapered cones can be trimmed as needed. Kit includes parts to complete both sides.

  • 5/16" thick flanges
  • 16 ga. pre-bent tubing
  • Collector flanges w/ block-off plates
  • Flanges for connecting an under-car exhaust system (2" O.D.)

Make your own headers, fun and gratifyin

Takes some welding skill
Best Uses:
AS ADVERTISED
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Made a set of lakes headers for my A coupe. Will install removable baffles capped by turn outs.

Needs to be thicker metal

Too thin of metal
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The gauge of metal being used needs to be a little bick thicker, for us that uses a standard wire feed welder, it punches through on the #2 setting, and even on #1 setting. It's just too thin. They are good looking though, good bends, and of course the thin gauge hepls to make those bends so smooth.
