No this will not work on your 66 F100. Sorry I do not have the correct brake kit for your pickup.

3/16" brake lines will be just fine. We use 3/16" lines for nearly all of our brake kits, both front and rear.

We typically recommend a 1" bore dual outlet master cylinder when using this disc brake kit but you could probably use the 7/8" bore as well. We haven't tried that particular combination but I believe is would work out fine.

The info on the item descritions says to use '71-'87 GM 1/2 ton truck calipers but the PDF instructions say '71-'76 Impala calipers, Which calipers? Would just like to know the proper calipers and pads to get. Thanks

This disc brake bracket kit works with 1971-87 GM ½ Ton truck or equivalent calipers (not included). Speedway offers part number 91031044 that is a 1971-76 Impala caliper that will also work.

You inquired about our basic bracket kit for the 57-64 half ton pickup number 91631985. This will utilize a two wheel drive rotor from 73-93 Ford pickups. The bearings are listed below and by deleting the three digit prefix the number can be cross referenced by your local supplier or jobber. 912TLM11949 CONE-OUTER WHL BEARING 912TLM11910 BRG "CUP" TAPERED OUTER 912TL68149 BRG CONE-INNER (TAPERED 8352300542 SLIDE BOLT, GM CALIPER 912S18580 SEAL 1.875"x 2.625in The same applies to the seal as far as getting locally. These rotors are a 5 on 5 ½ bolt pattern and utilize calipers from 71-76 Chevy Impala’s.
