This 'Baby Moon'snaps to the inside "bumps" on AFTERMARKET "steelie"
wheels such as those made by Wheel Vintiques.
The O.D. of these caps is 8-1/4"
The O.D.of the mount flange (back side of the cap) is 7-5/8".

Will these hubcaps fit on a 16" stock GMC Truck rims?

These hub caps will not work on most stock steel wheels of the later years. The retainer ring snaps down into the center of the wheel outboard of the lug nuts whereas the later center caps snap on the outside of the protrusions surrounding the center raised portion outward of the bolt center.
