    Bolt hole dimension measured across the front is 10-5/16". From extended centerline from top bolt holes down to the single bolt hole is 6-5/8".
Mount this assembly stand to your work bench (or engine stand) and stop wrestling with the third member every time you need to replace a gear set or spool. Saves you time and energy!  Rotates 360° for total access to your assembly.

Good idea but doesn't fit

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bought this fixture to save time and only 2 of the holes fit on the 9 inch third member. One of the mounting tabs is off by approximately 3/8 of an inch. I didn't have time to cut it off ane re-weld it so I am only using two of the mounting tabs. I will deal with it later.

Will also work with 8 inch if you fabricate two 1/8 x 3/4 stock. I did and it worked.

On Item #: 91081005 ASSEMBLY STAND FOR 9" FORD DIFFERENTIAL how do you keep it from rotating? Are there holes and you insert a pin just as on an engine stad? What keeps the tool in the bench mount and not pulling out? I cannot figure this out by the picture. Thansk, Doug
