When ordering pay the little extra for the polished ones. I orderd the plain I think it would take for ever to polish them to look even half as good the polish ones. The company did exchange for the polished ones and they look great. So spend the extra money it is worth it.
I intend to paint these brackets so I ordered them plain not polished. Did not reaolize that plain meant "as cast" so there will be a lot of hand work before I can paint them. My bad

These headlight brackets have mounting options determined by the customer. They can be drilled thru and bolted from the top or the side or both. Another option for concealed mounting is to drill from the inside corner of the frame up into the headlight bracket and then tap the bracket for the bolt size you are using. If the frame is boxed thru bolting is the most common with the installation of a nut insert into the frame for sufficient support.
