The hole size is 3/4 but it has an included bushing that will reduce it to a 5/8 diameter.

This fan has a 5/8" pilot hole. It can be drilled out to 3/4" if needed.

I was wondering if the blades are flat to the end tip. Or do they curve in or out? I'm not talking about the pitch of the blade. I only have 1 1/2" from fan mounting surface to radiator. Thank you
