The best alternative is a remote reservoir kit for the Ford master cylinder under number 91022933 but this master has a deep bore piston for manual brakes and you would need to machine a slug to eliminate the deep bore and net a slight dish for the booster push rod. The Wilwood kits have a vertical mount pattern and will not work with a booster as well.
