I see it comes with two keys, how do I know which one is for the door and which one is for the ignition? So I dont break them. Because they look the same.

They are both the same key, one is just meant for a backup key.

So it won't be like my old set of keys where you had one key for the door and one key for the ignition. With this product, the same key you use for the door is the same key you use for the ignition right?

Yes that is correct. The door locks and ignition cylinder are keyed the same.
