Nice mirror, just know what you're using it on before buying

May 17, 2015
This is a nice mirror, but don't count on using it on anything but a vertical windshield without modification. I have a swept back windshield on my t-bucket and I had to bend the arm of the mirror in order to see anything but the ground in the mirror. Not a lot of adjustability in the mirror mount it self.
Pros:
  • Shiny
Cons:
  • Not Adaptable
Yes, I recommend this product.

Nice finish. Could be a little heavier g

February 06, 2015
Looks nice and fits fine. Needs to be a little heavier duty. Added adhesive backed foam to the area that clamps around the windshield frame, made it clamp down better and more stable.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This was the perfect mirror for my T-Bucktet. I thought the arms might have been made of a little heavier material, but overall, they are very nice.

Nice mirrors

March 20, 2014
The mirrors are nice, but it is hard to tighten them down with the large Phillips head screw that comes with it. Needs a hex head screw that can be tightened with a wrench. Also when the mirror is installed, you have to put a piece of rubber between the mirror bracket and the windshield frame as the mirror swings freely even though the mounting screw is tightened down as far as it will go.
Cons:
  • phillips head mounting screw
Yes, I recommend this product.

Too Big!

September 22, 2013
This is way to big for a little T bucket, and it does not adjust down very good. My windshield is layed back a little and this mirror can't adjust for the tilt. It is a nice qualitly piece, but it will not work in my aplication. I am only running half a windshield so the mirror would look huge on the car.
Pros:
  • nice stainless steel piece
  • large view...
No, I would not recommend this product.

Great looks

September 21, 2013
I was concerned with scratching my windshield post due to the metal to metal contact so I put a piece of rubber inside the clamp. Now the mirrors stay adjusted and won't scratch my post.
Pros:
  • Great looks
  • Great price
Cons:
  • needs insulated clamp
Yes, I recommend this product.

What's included, does mirror connect directly to car? Does it have a rubber grommet or something b/t mirror and car? Car came with mirrors only and they don't clamp tightly to the car. What's between the car and the mirror....foam, rubber grommet??

Mirror mounts directly to existing Windshield frame. Does not have to have any type of grommet, but may scratch paint if you don't use a foam tape or light padding to prevent direct contact with metal.

I had to cut a piece of rubber from an old inner tube to put between the bracket and the window frame to tighten it up. Also, it's difficult to get the thing tightened with the Phillips head screw.

The 5" round mirror is designed to clamp to a round tube windshield frame. There is no foam or rubber included.
