These 45° bend silicone radiator/coolant hoses can be cut to length, allowing you to build just what you need. This 3 layer, reinforced silicone material exceeds SAE standards and is designed for todays high temp, high pressure cooling systems (-100ºF to +380ºF rated).
Choose hose diameter (I.D.) needed.
altho costly when you have to buy 3 pieces and some aluminum connectors plus some black heat shrink hose clamps to get the shape and length you need, the finished product is beautiful and clean. The heat shrink clamps matches the hose in color and sheen. The best, but the total cost makes it a choice only when al 1 piece hose is not made for your hot rod application.
I needed a product for coolant hose. I am using stainless steel tubing and the silicone hose for the cooling system and it works great. It also looks teriffic. I did not polish the stainless but it would really shine if I did. The 45's are the key to this project.

For 1.5 & 1.75"" hose-LENGTH OF LONG SIDE RADIUS: 12-1/2" w/ each side 6-1/4" LENGTH OF SHORT SIDE RADIUS: 11" w/ each side 5-1/2" For 1.25" hose - LENGTH OF LONG SIDE RADIUS: 12-1/2" w/ each side 6-1/4" LENGTH OF SHORT SIDE RADIUS: 10-1/2" w/ each side 5-1/4"
