What's in the Box

We stock these hard to find replacement tie rods that are a must when rebuilding your classic vehicle.  They will give your Chevy passenger car overall better handling and a positive feel while cruising the strip.  These outer tie rod ends feature left hand threads. The inner tie rod ends are right hand thread and the adjuster sleeve makes the adjustment for toe in by rotating clockwise or counter clockwise.

What is the difference between this tie rod end and the one for the 1969-1970 impala tie rod end? I have subframe application and I'm not 100% sure if it was from a 68 Impala or a 69 Impala, so I don't know which tie rod end will work or if there is even a difference.

The 65-68 is 8" long and has 3 ¼" of 5/8" threads. The 69-70 is the same length but only has 2 ¾" of 5/8" threads.
