Do I have to have front disc brakes in order to go to power brakes? My '63 Chevy C10 still has good functioning drum brakes all around. Would the Pickup Brake Power Booster work in an all-drum brake application?

Yes this kit will work for four wheel drum brakes but you will need a different proportioning valve. Valve number 91031352 will work for four wheel disc or four wheel drum brakes and can be installed in place of the proportioning valve in this kit.

Part # 91063660 This kit comes with the proper mounting bracket to achieve straight line requirement of the pushrod going into the booster. Your factory air cleaner should not be an issue but you will have to drill the necessary holes and make sure there is sufficient support inside the firewall. Mere sheet metal is NOT enough support and additional bracing may be required. You will need 18-20 inches of vacuum at the booster to achieve full power assist.

Working on a 1966 C-10 pick-up. Have converted to a five bolt wheel pattern for both the front disc and the rear drum brakes. Is this a direct bolt up or do you need a power brake conversion plate to mount it in place of the exiting master cylinder?

Your stock master cylinder is a 2 bolt mount whereas the brackets in this conversion are designed for 4 bolts and also slotted for adjustment so the push rod can use the stock hole in the firewall and also maintain the proper straight alignment to the booster to avoid premature failure.
