These brake pedal assemblies allow you to easily install power brakes on your 1953-1956 Ford truck. 

Note: Pedal assembly is only applicable to a chassis using an automatic transmission.  It does not function with the factory clutch pedal arrangement.

Dual 7 Inch Brake Booster Master Cylinder Combo, 1 Inch Bore
                        

Compact 7" dual diaphragm booster assembly for installation under floor or on firewall of almost any vehicle. Cast iron master cylinder has a 1" bore and is suited for disc-disc or disc-drum combinations.

Master cylinder features two 3/8"-24 inverted flare ports on each side (plugs are included for ports not in use).

Posies Super Slide Springs 154R 1953-54 Ford Pickup Rear Dropped Springs
                        

These new multi-leaf rear springs by Posies lower your classic Ford half-ton pickup 3" more than a set of stock replacement springs. Super Slide springs incorporate moly-nylon buttons that reside in die-formed pockets at the tips of the spring leave. Replace your 50 year old stock springs with these new, computer-designed leaf springs for a much smoother ride. Springs have reduced load capacity from stock just from the fact that you are lowering your vehicle.

Factory spec spring eye bushings come with springs. Shackles, shackle bolts and U-bolts sold separately.

Adjustable Proportioning Blocks With Brake Light Switch
                        

This adjustable proportioning block allows you to run lines from the master cylinder to the block and then to the appropriate wheels. What is neat about it is that it also contains the proportioning valve and brake light switch. This dramatically reduces the amount of fittings needed and potential leaks.

The adjustable proportioning valve regulates rear brake pressure, helping to maintain correct brake bias between front and rear brakes. It is designed for dual bowl master cylinders. The distribution block connects to the master cylinder and distributes brake fluid to all four wheels. An easy to turn handle with directional arrows makes it simple to either increase or decrease rear brake pressure.

The block accepts 3/16" brake lines and the inlets and outlets on this unit are 3/8"-24 inverted flare females.  It has two inlets from the master cylinder, two outlets to the front brakes and one outlet to the rear brakes.  It includes five stainless steel 3/16" fittings and wiring pigtail for rear brake light switch. Mounts to any convenient location. This is not a direct factory replacement for original blocks. Some line modifications may be necessary.

Note: If used in conjunction with a dropped front axle, you may encounter bump steer and tie rod issues.

1953-1956 Ford pickup truck tail lights with stainless steel housings. Has an original-style red polycarbonate lens. Wires are modern nylon type with a single 1157 dual-filament bulb per light. For 12 volt systems.

Choose left or right. Left has provisions for a license plate light.

GM Disc/Drum Proportioning Valve for 1/2-20, 9/16-18 Outlets
                        

These proportioning valves are similar to what GM used on many cars in the 70's. They are non-adjustable and may require an adjustable valve in the rear brakes (if needed). Block incorporates metering (for front brakes) and proportioning (for rear brakes) into one unit. For use with front disc, rear drum brake systems.

Includes hard lines to connect to a master cylinder with 1/2"-20 and 9/16"-18 outlets.

                        You know there are times you need one of these, even if you don't know what to call it. The 5-5/8" long sleeve (.63" O.D.) and has 3/8"-24 RH female threads on both ends, approximately 1.5" deep, and includes a 3/8" heim with 3/8" diameter hole. Overall length is adjustable from 6-3/4" to 7-1/2".
