What's in the Box

It's getting harder to find usable Flathead flywheels and clutch components. We offer you these new steel flywheels for later 1949-53 engines. Weighs 32 lbs.

Will accept 10", 10.5" and 11" Ford (Long-style) and 10.5" Borg & Beck Diaphram pressure plates. Use 7/16" Chevy flywheel bolts to mount to crankshaft.

Get more performance and driveability out of your Ford Flathead V8 by hooking it up to a GM manual transmission! This adapter allows you to easily install a GM 3-, 4-, or even 5-speed transmission behind your 1932-1948 Ford or 1939-1950 Mercury Flathead V8 engine.

Permits use of your Ford clutch release shaft, fork and throwout bearing. Throwout bearing must be used with a Long-style pressure plate. Adapter kit includes pilot bushing.

Warning: Not for use with 11" Ford Truck pressure plate.  Clearence of adapter may be required with pressure plates larger than 9".  Speedway pressure plate 91015635 is without weights and provides extra clearance.  T-5 transmissions may require drilling mount ears to 1/2".
