Polished stainless steel rim taillights for 1938-1939 Ford. These taillights have a glass lens, single 1157 dual-filament bulb, mounting gaskets, and match the original tail lights closely.
For 12 volt systems only.
Note: Due to the 1-piece backing plate design and factory crimped bezel, the bulbs in these taillights are not easily replaceable. Slight bending of the bezel may be required to remove the lens to access the bulb/socket area.

I bought these for my husband to put on his motorcycle. He installed them in a set of hard bags for his break and running lights. They looked great. They were the right size to stand out to get noticed. Thanks
I installed them on my 56 Ford. They look really good, they just needed a brighter bulb.
For the people saying these aren't bright enough, it's not the bulb. This style light is notoriously dim, but what you need to do is paint the inside of the housing white (tape over the socket, and go at it with a little spray paint), this will make a big difference in how bright the light is. I'm surprised they don't just make them that way in the first place. Pretty good light, but I knocked a star off because the product description says that the mounting gaskets are sold separately, when in fact they are included. Now I paid for extras that aren't really worth sending back, maybe I can make them into little sandals for the dog or something =)
Installed the 2 lights on my 27 Ford Roadster. they are the exact look i was going for [...]

How are these lights stablized? Is it the shape of the hole or are there studs with nuts ?

Part number 91137015 These are retained to the fender or mounting panel by two studs with nuts on the back side of fender or mounting panel. Frenching bucket or gaskets illustrate the hole location for the mounting studs.
