Includes 2 replacement perch bolts and 2 bolt-on frame brackets. No welding or cutting necessary. Typically used with stock or "split" wishbones. Works well wtih shock 582SM500 (or equivalent).

NOTE: Will not work with stock '35-'40 Ford sway bar. Will not work with Speedway 4-bar kit 91639108.
