Would this fit a 1929 Hudson Sedan Model R?

This seat riser p/n 91134451 does not state that it will fit a 1929 hudson but the measurements are as follows the front is 38” wide and 2 ¾ tall the sides go back 15” and taper from 3” in front to 1 5/8 in the rear . I hope this helps you .

With some modifications this frame may fit your 1929 Hudson sedan but it is manufactured for the 1932 ford roadster.

how many bolts secure this frame to the floor?

This front seat frame has the inside mounting flanges that can be drilled and bolted to the floor or welded in place at customers discretion. Flanges are not drilled
