Windshield rubber seals between the windshield frame and body.  Not supplied with our windshield frames.

1928-31 Model A windshield rubber for open cars.  "T" style rubber. Comes with 36" of 3/4" wide seal and 48" of 1" wide seal. Measurement is overall from top of T to bottom. Top of T is 1/4" wide.

1928-31 Model A windshield rubber for closed cars.  "T" style rubber. Comes with 7 feet of 1" width. Seal is 1" tall from bottom to top of T. Top of T is 1/4" wide.

Bottom piece great, sides iffy...

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The BOTTOM PIECE worked great. TIP: You may want to trim the upper T edge, the part that gets inserted into the slot on the bottom of the windshield frame, back a bit before you start, so that the rubber flap part extends beyond the end of the slot at least to the edge of the frame. Also, I sprayed both the groove and the rubber with Belt-Ease (fan belt dressing) to make it easier to slide the rubber through the hole and along the groove. The SIDE PIECES don't really have the right extrusion (or profile) to fit into the posts very well. At this point I have tried a couple of times to glue them in place, without success. I'm sure eventually I'll get something to work, but it's a bit frustrating...

A perfect fit

Fit original 31 Ford, No hassle install
Cons:
none
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

No downside fit and installed perfectly. Lubricated with mineral spirits. Installation was a breeze on my original '31 Ford windshield frame.
