Motor mounts

May 13, 2016
These mounts are very well made and the flanges provide many options for installation. I bolted them on and then welded around the perimeter. They are very sturdy and secure without welding. For rodders without access to a welder, this is the part for you. Highly recommend.
Pros:
  • Easy Installation
  • Flexibility
  • Well Made
Cons:
  • None
Yes, I recommend this product.

Sturdy pieces

  • Easy To Install
Yes, I recommend this product.

I actually cut the base plate off and just used the perch to mount a 5.0 in my '67 MGB GT. Worked out really nice. Plenty of thick steel to weld on.

These commonly fit on the Model A frame with the Chevy cradle mount where the frame is 25.5 on the outside. With your frame at 23.5 inside you should center up fairly well without any additional elongating.

These can be bolted or welded into place. You will need to drill holes in the frame to bolt them on.
