is the TOP fill hole FILLED. Would like one with out TOP HOLE. Filled all other.

This Model A grille shell has both the crank hole AND the original radiator fill neck hole in the top filled. For a custom hot rod application with the radiator fill neck located to the rear of the upper tank.
