What's in the Box

This frame and body kit offers a substantial savings over the individual component prices, and makes it one of the most affordable T bucket kits available! Use this kit, your imagination, and a few parts from Speedway to build a first class street rod! Our engineers have really done their homework and offer you a light, strong chassis and body combination that is years ahead of the competition in looks, features and price.


The fiberglass 1923 T body features a flat molded-in dashboard and smooth, clean firewall. Our body comes to you without a floor, thus giving you the greatest freedom in seating position, legroom and amount of body drop over the frame. All-new tooling and molds make this the finest T body available anywhere!

Other great features include a 39" wide, 12" tall and 14" long pick-up bed with raised molding lines on tailgate, a strong 1-1/2" x 3" tubular steel frame with a 102" wheelbase, spring behind the axle 4 bar front end (33" bars) for a smoother ride and classy good looks and front and rear panhard bars for safe, stable handling and zero bump steer.

You also get a choice of 1937-48 Ford or 1949-54 Chevy spindles, (spindle-mount or 5-bolt-hub brake kits are available for either spindle). Ask your sales representative for advice.

The kit also comes with steering arms, tie rod, drag link, pitman arm for Vega steering box. (Vega steering box sold separately). We use cross steering with good reason - no bump steer, more transmission and foot room and a more comfortable steering column angle.

You also get a brake pedal with master cylinder and mounting bracket and adjustable chrome plated Carrera coil-over rear shocks that allow you to change the height and ride with ease.  Classic hairpin rear radius rods for an attractive, secure, adjustable rear suspension are also included.
